General Job / Performance Information
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field;Hospital experience preferred.
    • Very Strong technical skills, coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of the customers needs so that they can be transformed into an operational application.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated mentoring and coaching capabilities.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical ability and strategic planning skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
    • Experience with materials management information systems.
      Simultaneous engagement in various inititatives to achieve success.

  • Interaction with Other Departments and Other Relationships:
    • The Business Analyst reports to the Director of Materials Management and will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information used for financial modeling and purchasing decisions throughout the hospital.
