Job Summary:  The Contracts Coordinator examines and monitors contractual agreements between the organization and vendors. The Contracts Coordinator assists the UMC Contracts Manager in entering, managing and tracking contracts in the electronic contract system, auditing contract reviews, compiling reports, and performing duties related to the contracting process as assigned.
Job Description:  
  1. Scan and enter contracts into the electronic contract system ensuring data accuracy
  2. Analyze, interpret, and identify pertinent information within a contract such as contract terms, renewal clauses, and notice sections
  3. Route contracts for electronic signature through the electronic contract system, and ensure steps are followed in an efficient manner
  4. Follow-up on alerts, notifications, and tasks with departments to ensure the execution or termination of existing contracts
  5. Understand and apply applicable DNV accreditation standards
  6. Oversee Annual Review completion per DNV requirement
  7. Perform other tasks as requested by the UMC Contracts Manager
