The Telephone Triage is a 24 hour call center that provides medical advice to callers of all age, free of charge. The goal of the Telephone Triage is to direct the patient to the most appropriate level of care using doctor written protocols. Nursing staff provides callers with doctor approved education regarding disease processes and medication. Nursing staff help assist patients with scheduling clinic appointments and the establishment of primary care provider. The nursing staff utilizes the LVM software to access doctor written protocols.
