    • High school diploma or equivalent. Experience taking inbound calls from members and providers. Experience with FACTS Services Claims Adjudication System. 2+ years of experience with MS Word. 2+ years of experience working with a PC in a professional environment. 1+ year of Customer Service experience, particularly on the phone. Healthcare knowledge, especially self funded health plan experience

  • Job Description
    • As a Customer Care Professional, employee will handle inquires via phone and e-mail from members and providers requesting information about their insurance coverage. This role requires the ability to think critically and offer a high level of customer support as this position will require candidate to handle and resolve a wide variety of inquires. Person should be able to interact with individuals from all levels in regards to their health benefits.
  • Required Licensures / Certifications / Registrations
    • None.
  • Physical Capabilities
    • Work is of medium demand; walking, sitting and standing most of the time while on-duty. Adequate hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills required for typing. Talking and hearing is essential in dealing with co-workers and customers.

    • Ability to work with several applications to gather necessary information.
